Within our college, a Program Development Workshop was successfully held as part of the Transition Process to the 3+1 Education Model. During the workshop, existing curricula, program competencies, sector expectations, and applied training processes for our college programs were comprehensively evaluated.
During the workshop, which was conducted with the contributions of our academic staff, external stakeholders, and industry representatives, important exchanges of views took place regarding increasing our students' professional competencies, strengthening their practical skills, and creating training plans that can more effectively respond to the needs of the business world.
In the working groups conducted at the program level, course content, learning outcomes, implementation processes, and the on-the-job vocational training model were discussed in detail; and suggestions for improvement in line with current needs were evaluated.
It is believed that this workshop, which was held with high participation and fruitful contributions, will make significant contributions to improving the quality of education at our college and to the transition process to the 3+1 Education Model.
